• What if I have never ridden a horse before?
No worries, no experience is needed. Our horses are tamed and our local guides will be there to assist you.
• Is transportation included with this tour?
Yes, pickup from your place of stay is included free of charge if it is located within Puerto Escondido. Transportation from outside city limits can be provided for an additional charge.
• When will I get picked up for my tour?
Pick-up times for this tour start at 3:30 pm.
• Are all fees covered with the cost of the tour?
Yes, there are no additional costs for this tour.
• What safety measures should I know about before starting the tour?
We recommend using sunscreen and insect repellent.
• How long is the drive?
The drive is about 30 min from Puerto Escondido to our starting point.
• Is food included?
Only water and other beverages like Mezcal or Beer.
• Are bathrooms available?
Yes, a bathroom will be available about one hour after the start of the tour.
• What about bad weather?
You can change to a different date or get a full refund in bad weather, but you are expected to show up in light rain.
• What if I need to change my booking?

• I’m mobility impaired, can I still go?

If you feel your guide has provided a great experience, gratuities are encouraged—and welcomed—at the end of your tour. We believe that recognizing excellent service is a personal matter, though 15% – 20% of your ticket price is a good rule of thumb.
