Yes, pick-up service from your accommodation is included at no cost if you are within Puerto Escondido. Transportation from outside the city limits may be provided for an additional cost.
• What time will I be picked up for the tour?
Pickup begins at 6:00 am.
• Are all costs covered with the tour price?
Yes, there are no additional costs for this tour.
• What safety measures should I take into account before starting the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, sunscreen to avoid burns, insect repellent, a swimsuit, towels, and water shoes.
• How long is the trip from the hotel to the activity destination?
The trip lasts 3 hours.
• Is food included?
Yes, food is included after the zip line activity.
• Are there bathrooms available?
Yes, there are bathrooms along the way and also in the waterfalls, which we can access during the trip and when we reach our destination.
• Is it necessary to be in good physical condition to do the hike?
A moderate condition is required. We take a short 5-minute walk and descend about 174 steps. Our guides will take breaks if necessary.
• What happens in case of bad weather?
Tours take place in light rain. If we are unable to run the tour due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule or provide a full refund.
• What happens if I need to change my reservation?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. There is a 50% charge for late cancellations. If you need to change or modify your reservation, simply call us at +52 954 134 7889.
• Should I tip my guide?
If you think your guide has given you a great experience, tipping at the end of the tour is recommended and appreciated. We believe that recognizing excellent service is a personal matter, although 15% to 20% of the ticket price is a good guide.

Advance purchase is recommended as tours often sell out. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, book well in advance.
