Beautiful Coastal Drive: Our day will start early as we make the 3.5-hour journey south to Huatulco. But, the scenery is beautiful–the mountains will greet us on one side and the coast on the other.

Yes, pick-up service from your accommodation is included free of charge if it is within Puerto Escondido. Transportation from outside the city limits can be provided for an additional cost.
• What time will I be picked up for the tour?
The pick-up times for this tour start at 6:00 am.

Yes, there are no additional costs for this tour.
• What safety measures should I be aware of before starting the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable casual clothing, sunscreen to avoid sunburn, insect repellent, a swimsuit, towels, and water shoes.
• How long is the journey from the hotel to the activity destination?
The journey takes 3 hours.
• Is food included?
Yes, food is included after the zipline activity.
• Are there bathrooms available?
Yes, there are bathrooms along the way and also at the waterfalls, which we can access during the trip and when we are at our destination.
• Do I need to be in moderate physical condition to do the hike?
A medium condition is needed. We do a short 5-minute walk and descend about 174 steps. Our guides will take breaks during the hike if necessary.
• What happens in case of bad weather?
Tours are conducted in light rain. If we cannot operate the tour due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule or provide a full refund.
• What if I need to change my reservation?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance to receive a FULL refund. There is a 50% charge for late cancellations. If you need to change or modify your reservation, simply call us at +52 954 134 7889.
• Should I tip my tour guide?
If you feel your guide has provided a great experience, tipping is recommended and appreciated at the end of the tour. We believe recognizing excellent service is a personal matter, although 15% – 20% of the ticket price is a good guideline.
• Is it necessary to buy tickets in advance?
Advance purchase is recommended as tours often sell out. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, book well in advance.
