Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start date of the experience. Any cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the experience, no refund will be made. This is due to the planning and resources involved in organizing the activity.
• Changes with less than 24 hours notice: Any request for change or modification of the experience made with less than 24 hours notice will be evaluated individually, considering the particular circumstances of each case. This does not guarantee approval of the requested change, and there may be additional charges.
• Weather Conditions: This experience is subject to weather conditions. If weather conditions are adverse or dangerous and the activity cannot be carried out safely, you will be offered a new date for the experience or a full refund if it cannot be rescheduled.

Transportation Policy

• Transportation included: Transportation is included in the price of each tour. We pick you up directly at your place of stay at no additional cost if you are located within the central areas of Puerto Escondido, between Bacocho and La Punta.
• Transportation outside central areas: If your accommodation is located outside these central areas, we can offer you transportation for an additional charge, which will be informed in advance at the time of booking.
• Pickup Times: Pickup times for tours begin approximately 15–30 minutes prior to the tour start time. We will contact you to confirm your exact pickup time within 12–24 hours prior to the tour.
• Transport safety: All our transport vehicles are insured and comply with current safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe and reliable service.
